1. Mark: What flex (or equivalent flex) do the stock one100 goal pads come with?
The Supreme ONE100 goals pads are available in four different flex construction options. (1) Soft, (2) Break Below Knee, (3) Break Above Knee, and (4) Hard. Please check out the Supreme ONE100 pads in the gear section for a visual diagram and more information on the pads.
2. John: When is the new Supreme stick coming out?
The new Supreme stick will be released in October 2010.
3. Andy: Can we order Pro Stock sticks directly from Bauer?
No, you cannot order Pro Stock sticks directly from Bauer.
4. Chris: Where do I send a stick for a warranty return?
To start a stick warranty return, please visit the Stick Warranty Page. At the bottom of the page there is a button that says, "Create Return".
5. Deborah: I am looking for a new pair of shin guards for my 6'5" defenseman. What models do you have in 18"?
The Supreme ONE95 shin guards are available in 18".

I have a pair of Bauer x:30 skates with TUUK Lightspeed 2 blades but the front of one of the blades is coming loose. I can see a bolt underneath the sole at the back of the boot but none at the front. How do I tighten the front of the blade?

It has been 7 weeks and still Bauer has not processed my sticks that were recalled. I Call them every week and I get the same old excuses. I even escalated it to have someone call me back, but that never happens. They should be ashamed of the way they handled this recall. My kid has no sticks and a hockey camp coming up. Wake up Bauer your losing customers very quickly

First I wanted to say thanks for the quick response to my last comment. I've had a set of stock one100 pads ordered from you, and the store was told that they were in stock (later found out that they were "in stock" in Vermont and not Toronto). It's been over 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything. Is this a normal wait time to have pads shipped from the US to Canada? The last pair of pads I ordered took 3 days.

I just received a new pair of Bauer Vapor VI 9D from an online retailer. Problem is I've got 2 left skates. Anyone have the other set of 2 right skates so we can trade? The retailer is out of them in this size so no good there. Refund is coming but I honestly just want a nice set of skates for my 10 yr old.

My son was 10 when he got his ONE75 24.5" goalie stick (now he is 11). This stick contains lead just like the 22.5" stick. But, Bauer will not replace the stick since the stick is two inches bigger then the stick on the recall list. The objective of the recall is to get lead paint away from children, but my 11yr old is essentially being punished because he is tall.
I have called the recall number, the US cust service (who really could not have cared less---thanks Lori) and have left a voicemail for Jean-Francois Tremblay in Canada but I have not received a response yet. How can Nike Bauer be so uncaring about children? John

I recently bought a pair of the womens Vapor X:30 hockey pants in a medium . They fit great except they are way too short. Why do you only make them for people 4'7"-5'5" when most of the women who play hockey are people who are taller? Will you be releasing a tall version of the women's gear anytime soon? I'm 5'10", the weight is correct the measurements for waist are correct but they are about 5" too short for me. Please let me know.

my son has a pair of Bauer Vapor 40 skates which I paid in excess of $400. they are less than 1 season old. there is a huge gash in them from another skater just skating by, the dealer says he has never seen this before, he is lucky to have not had a bad cut as it is through to the inside. This is a safety issue for this skate. I am not getting any satisfaction from customer service. These skates are supposed to withstand this. I have pictures but no where to send them. I would like to talk to someone other than a customer service rep. Who can I call and where can I send pictures?

We have fairly recently purchased new Bauer Vapor 60 skates and now my son is experiencing "Bauer Heel" as described by others online. How do we remedy this...I am expecting a return of these skates to solve this. We had NEVER expereienced any issues with Easton Synergy skates..NEVER. We will never again buy Bauer skates. I will be returning these skates for a full refund. WHY does this continue to happen with Bauer skates? Please advise.

I have purchased 3 bauer Total one sticks in the past year. The last 2 that I have had are separating at the heel of the stick. The strength of the blade is compromised by this, and it is only a matter of time until it breaks (AGAIN). Is this a manufacture flaw, or am I having bad luck. I play hockey at the midget AAA level so I am needing to replace my sticks often. I am thinking my next stick will be the new CCM, although I love the Bauer total one, the cost of them lasting only 3 months is breaking my bank and it is very disappointing.

I noticed a drop in quality from last year’s youth x60 skate to this year’s youth x7.0. My son has been in the x7.0 skate since June and there is already noticeable wear to the inside of the boot. Last year’s x60's went a whole season without any noticeable wear issues. This is his third pair of top end X series youth skate… I hope to see the quality return next year.

Hi, I live in the UK and am writing after weeks of frustration trying to get the APXR's in a EE width only to be told now that bauer are now only selling them in europe in a D width and several hockey shops have told me that I cannot even do a special order for them. How is this fair when the skates have only been out for a couple of months, and why should I be stopped from buying them just because I have wide feet. You are about to lose a customer! Regards, Paul

I bought a pair of Bauer x30 senior pants last year that ripped in the inner thighs after 2 uses. The ripping has gotten much worse, and in looking online, this seems to be a common problem w/these pants. I've worn Bauer for 30 years and have never had a problem or a need to return an item. The retailer will not warranty them. Since this is a defect and a known problem, can you replace them? Please contact me. Thank you.

I have a pair of Bauer Vapor XXII skates that I've owned for approximately 18 months and the toecap/tongue has detached from the left skate after a slapshot hit the toecap head-on. The impact apparently pushed the toecap backward enough for all the stitching to be sheared apart, resulting in my skate looking like a hobos shoe from a 1920s cartoon.
I have taken pictures of the issue and would like to know if this is a normal thing to have happen, I can't imagine that it is.
Because of my busy schedule, I've taken the skate to a cobbler to see if he can fix this issue before my game this coming Sunday.

I bought a new vapor x:60 a couple days ago and used it in one game and the paint is just peeling off which is upsetting because I paid over 200$ on the stick and I've owned under 100$ sticks that none of the paint is chipped.
Is there anything you guys can do about that would be greatly appreciated, because I don't aspect a stick to chip all that paint after one game.

We purchased a pair of Bauer Supreme ONE40 Pants-Jr Size S/P for my 9 year old son on 12/5/11. In a month they had a hole in the bottom near the zipper and are completely frayed along both bottom seams. I am very disappointed in the quality of the hockey pants and will no longer buy Bauer products in the future. My two sons play hockey and many of the parents have recently been complaining about the poor quality products from Bauer. Maybe producing products in Thailand is not the best way to go as quality takes a back seat.

So when you guys sent me another stick it got lost in shipping. Bought X40 junior skates for my son this year. The problem is the blade keeps coming loose. It has gotten to the point were it no longer tightens properly and the store will only offer to keep tightening. I was told there is a silicone that could be used to help, but wouldn't that just mess up the skates integrity. Will Bauer just switch them out for me.

Ok, but when the store called about ordering the pads, they were told that those flexes only come with a custom order, and I'm just getting a stock pair. So is there a general flex that comes on the non-custom pads?
